Service Description

As the client, you will work alongside your therapist to uncover the meaning and interpretation of events. We may use hypnosis, talking therapy, or memory recall to gain insight into your issues. Depending on your circumstances, you may desire a single session or several consultations. ​ At the end of each session, you will receive a 15 min recording. You will listen to this recording daily for at least 21 days to wire in your new beliefs.
