What is RTT®?


An award-winning, stand-alone therapy developed by Marisa Peer. RTT® utilizes a variety of techniques from psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, psychotherapy, counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), neuroscience, and coaching. Unlike many therapeutic processes, RTT® focuses on rapid change, in just a few sessions we will identify the root causes of your issues, acquire understanding and reframe your past to develop positive beliefs and behaviors in the present and into your future.


We do not spend hours talking about all the negative things and people in your life. RTT® harnesses the power of suggestion to instill the healthy positive beliefs and behaviors that you desire most to give you the life of your dreams.

In the RTT® process, you will be guided back to specific memories and events that have led to destructive beliefs, crippling thoughts, and self-sabotaging behaviors. You will regain your vitality, self-contentment, and sense of well-being.

About me

Through my healing journey, I learned things about myself and my body that I never could have imagined. I came to see that the beliefs we form throughout our lives are responsible for our feelings, our behaviors, and our thoughts. And I know from personal experience that by looking at and understanding the old beliefs that hold us back we have the capacity to transform our lives.

My name is Shanti de Ron. I am a certified hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT®). After I healed my body from failing kidneys, chronic pain, and depression, I became highly impressed with the power of hypnotherapy. Because of the fast, effective, and long-lasting results, it provided for me, I became passionate about this method.

I help you to get back to your authentic self by using hypnotherapy, regression, and other techniques. These techniques help me to get to the root cause of whatever is blocking you. I believe you cannot change what you do not understand.

What is an RTT session?

After a short conversation, I start by guiding you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. Let me reassure you that hypnosis is a natural state, just like daydreaming and is very similar to meditation. If you’ve ever drifted off for a moment during a conversation, or whilst you’ve been driving, then you’ve been in a state of ‘trance’ or deep relaxation. After a friendly chat with me, I can assure you that you will feel very comfortable and safe. Going into a  ‘trance’ will be relaxing and very easy.

Lots of people worry about being out of control, while under the ‘spell’ of hypnosis, but it is not like anything you’ve seen on stage shows. You can rest assured that you will always be in control and will stay ‘awake’ throughout your session. In this very relaxed state with your eyes closed, your subconscious mind is able to uncover where the emotions and beliefs come from that are causing the challenges you suffer today. You will easily understand how you, as a child, formed beliefs about yourself and the world that may not be in alignment with your conscious desires.  

After reviewing three or four scenes from your early life revealed by your subconscious mind, I then facilitate healing around those past events. I give your mind suggestions, empowering you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life today.

At the conclusion of the session, you receive a recording. You will listen to that recording for 21 days. The mind learns by repetition. By hearing these suggestions every day, you are programming yourself with new habits of thought, which will lead to new habits of action.
